Mısır Çarşısı, one of the significant shopping destinations for both local and foreign visitors, offers a lively and colorful atmosphere reflecting the abundance of traditional flavors, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

Bearing the traces of disasters, fires, and earthquakes, this bazaar has been reborn each time and has preserved its texture through various restoration works. Mısır Çarşısı, designed on two floors, houses 130 shops, a restaurant, and 663 employees.

The Spice Bazaar Tradesmen's Association was established to preserve the historical texture of this venue, promote civil society activities, and protect the rights of its members.

The Association, chaired by A. Sami Koyuncu, continues its work in collaboration with the Directorate General of Foundations.
